Ed Kenney, President & CEO of International Disability Underwriters (IDU, Inc.) has a long-standing history in the Executive Benefit, Corporate Multi-Life market. Back in the mid 1990’s, Ed introduced Corporate Guaranteed Standard Issue (GSI) Disability Insurance to Mass Mutual, which ultimately led the company to their industry leadership in this market as it stands today. Then in 2006, Ed recognized an industry need for Excess Disability Coverage on a GSI basis and created a new product not found in the domestic multi-life space by collaborating with key partners in the Lloyds of London market.  This innovative partnership ended up generating 7 figures plus of profitability.
